These terms govern your use of devvnex.com and any services provided by Devvnex. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Devvnex provides website development, designing, bookkeeping, taxation, investment, digital marketing, video editing, AI automation, and SaaS product services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project proposals or retainer agreements.

Payments

• Project work: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Monthly retainers: billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
• Payments accepted via Stripe or Wise in USD, GBP, EUR, or AUD.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee after 14 days overdue.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (website code, designs, video files). Devvnex retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, and processes.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.

Cancellation

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Project cancellations forfeit the deposit if work has commenced. Completed work up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.

Limitation of liability

Devvnex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
